How Can I Earn Money with this site? How do I place an online order? Simply browse the catalog. Whenever you see something you would like, choose the features and fill in quantity right on the product’s page, then click on the ORDER button. The item(s) will automatically be put into your shopping cart. If you decide to keep shopping, a mini shopping cart keeps a running total on the bottom of the page, so you can see what’s in your basket at all times. Or, to see pictures of the items in your cart, click VIEW on the top navigation line. When you’re finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button. Can I send different items to different addresses? You sure can! When you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to select an address for each item. If you would like to order the same item to go to different addresses, order the desired quantity of the item from its product page for each address you will be sending it to. If you like, we’ll even include a gift card for you! Can I Phone, Fax or Mail Orders? All orders are submitted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, which is as safe or safer than giving your card information over the phone. But we will be happy to assist you or take your order over the phone. The Order phone number is (828) 324-7777. You may also FAX an order in if you like. After you’ve selected your shipping method, you’ll be prompted to REVIEW YOUR ORDER. Click there and print the completed order and Fax it or Mail it in. The Fax number and the address are listed right at the top of that page. Be sure to write in your payment information. Mail orders may send a check or money order. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared. What Forms of Payment do you take? Pay securely online with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or E-Check. No. Can I make Changes to my Order? Unfortunately, due to automation, no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed into our ordering process. Our convenient Wish List will store a list of items for up to 365 days that you would like, but not quite ready to buy. You can e-mail it to others or return and buy them another day. Some of our One-Of-A-Kind Items may no longer be available. A Wish List does not mean we are holding that item for you. We use the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that your personal information and credit card information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Look for the lock or key at the bottom right of browser window. This indicates that the sensitive information you’re sending is securely encrypted. We respect your privacy. Any personal information we request from you is strictly for the purposes of processing your order. We do not sell, communicate or otherwise share your personal information with anyone unless required to do so by law or as part of normal transactional procedures required to verify, confirm and ship your order. What is your Mailing List for? Occasionally we like to reward our customers with special promotions or coupons and we send them out to our mailing list. If you do not wish to receive this, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving promotional e-mails in the future. Regardless, we do not release our mailing list to any other party for any purpose! Business days are Monday-Friday. All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Most (not all) orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment excluding weekends and holidays. We make no claims to guarantee delivery times of USPS. Is my Satisfaction Guaranteed? Of course we want you to be completely satisfied so you will order again! In the rare instances where you are not satisfied, we offer a 3-day (no questions asked) return option. Contact us for the required Return Authorization Code (RA). Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition and shipped at your expense. All Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for any reason. All refunds issued will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY for the total amount of the returned merchandise only. What about Damaged or Defective Items? Check your order thoroughly upon receipt! Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt of your order. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Charmingly Yours Jewelry. To report damaged or defective items and/or arrange a return, contact us. A Return Authorization Code (RA) is required prior to mailing back your return. How do I get a Return Authorization Code (RA)? A Return Authorization Code (RA) is required to return
anything to Charmingly Yours Jewelry. Packages mailed to us without a RA will
be rejected and returned unopened to the sender. Contact
us by e-mail or Fax to get your RA. Please include your order
number, your email registered with us, and a brief description of the reason
for the return. We sell both solid Sterling Silver (.925) jewelry and High Quality Fashion Jewelry. All products are clearly divided by these categories in the catalog. Fashion jewelry is made of a base metal that is then plated with either gold or silver, unless stated otherwise on an individual product page. It is not nickel-free unless stated so on an individual product page. Individual product pages are designed to give you all the details for a specific product. Why can’t I find a product I saw before? Our catalog holds a Real Time Inventory. We carry many
One-Of-A-Kind designer pieces in both jewelry and hats. When a piece is sold
and no others like it are available, the item is automatically removed by our
system at the time of payment in checkout. It is no longer available. Items are
sold first come, first serve! Keep this in mind if you see a piece you love.
Just because it’s in your Shopping Cart or on your Wish List, you are not
guaranteed the item until payment has been confirmed. We carry over 2000 styles
of Sterling Charms and are constantly updating to get them all added. A
particular style may sometimes run out or be replaced with a new style. We add
products almost daily! Check with us often to stay abreast of our ever-changing
inventory. What about Back Orders? Our catalog inventory is in Real Time. If the system allows you to order the product, then it is in stock and we will ship it to you without substitutions. Unavailable or Out of Stock items are not pictured in our catalog, so we have no need of back orders. Can you design or find what I’m looking for? Our inventory is much greater than what is yet pictured in
our catalog. We are constantly adding new products as fast as we can. Our motto
